SAVE THE DATE for Nashville Paw magazine's first annual Fido Spring Fling: An Easter Egg Hunt for Dogs!
Entry is a $10 donation per dog, to benefit the Beesley Animal Foundation and Rutherford County PAWS. Bring your leashed pups, your human kids and your Easter egg baskets!
Lane Agri-Park in Murfreesboro goes to the dogs on March 19, when we invite friendly, leashed pooch pals to come sniff out and discover treat-filled Easter eggs hidden throughout the park! Bring your egg basket... there will also be some special prize eggs you can redeem for gift certificates, treats and toys for the lucky pups that find them!
After the hunt, mutts can strut their stuff in our Costume Contest for a chance to win "Best Easter Costume" or "Best Spring Outfit". We'll choose a winner and runner-up in each category to receive some fun prizes!
This family-event will feature local pet vendors, food trucks, adoptable pets and a photo booth. Meanwhile, kids can enter an Easter Egg Coloring Contest and a Bunny Bean Bag Toss to win prizes. Winners will be announced before costume contest. The event is presented by Safari Pet Resort, Licker and Whine Pet Market and Nashville Pet Emergency Clinic.
