Hosted by Blog Paws—a social media company focused to teaching pet enthusiasts how to use social media effectively and responsibly—the annual conference is coming to Nashville for the first time and will be held at the Sheraton Music City Hotel from May 28-30. The conference will offer educational workshops on a variety of topics, from finding blog content and search engine optimization (SEO) to monetizing your blog through sponsors and ads.
The conference is pet-friendly—folks have been known to turn up with everything from dogs and cats to birds and capybaras—and meals are included with registration. In addition to the educational sessions, attendees also enjoy a Yappy Hour, networking lunches, a blog awards ceremony and an event dubbed “Pawject Runway”, where pets strut their stuff (and original outfits) to support local shelters. Of course, like any good conference, there’s also much fun to be had at the final “after-pawty”.
