About Nashville Paw Magazine

Our Mission
Nashville Paw Magazine is Middle Tennessee’s award-winning resource for pet lovers and the animal welfare community! Now in our third successful year of publication, our mission is to serve as Nashville's best source of information, education and motivation for pet guardians and animal lovers, and to promote the humane treatment of animals everywhere.
The first and only local publication of its kind, Nashville Paw combines hip, eye-catching, full-color design and high quality, professionally written editorial content in a format that is fun and easy to navigate. In every issue, we offer the best resources for keeping your animal companions healthy and happy, while highlighting local pet-related news and events, adoptable pets, animal welfare issues and more.
Most importantly, Nashville Paw is more than just a magazine. We are, at our core, a grassroots effort that is deeply committed to making a positive difference for the animals in our community by empowering our readers through informative, engaging and intelligent editorial as well as by providing trustworthy resources and active networking opportunities.
In addition to our print and online presence, we are active in the pet community and host and participate in a variety of pet-friendly events and fundraisers throughout the year. We actively support animal rescue, adoption and spay/neuter efforts.
In fact, we are proud to have received the 2007 Community Media Award from the Nashville Humane Association for our “dedication to animal welfare and outstanding coverage of the issue affecting animals in our community”.
In short, Nashville Paw is a magazine with a mission! Thanks for supporting our efforts!
